OFFICIAL RULES

The GAME is free to enter. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. It takes place every day during the promotion period. The GAME is
accessible through the site www.loopylotto.com or any other web/wap/digital TV site or any other
electronic method or subscription, further defined as the 'SITE'.

Participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules,
which are final on all matters pertaining to the GAME.
The GAME is open to residents of the UK who are at least 16 years of age
at the time of registering to play the GAME.
Participation can only be attempted by electronic means on the SITE.

Employees, officers and directors of Gocarbonfree Ltd,
its subsidiaries and agents, the immediate family
(defined as spouse, children, siblings, parents, or grandparents)
of these persons, and their co-habitants are not eligible for the GAME.

By registering for the GAME all PARTICIPANTS agree to be bound by these Official Rules,
which shall be final and binding in all respects.
The number of players per household, defined as individuals living at the same house number/name and post code,
who may register is limited to three (3).

To participate in the GAME, PARTICIPANTS must register on the SITE, by providing a valid personal email address,
which must not block emails from us, and all other requested information.
This information then becomes their REGISTRATION. PARTICIPANTS agree to take responsibility for updating their
REGISTRATION through the facility provided on the SITE.
PARTICIPANTS MUST ENSURE THAT THEIR REGISTRATION IS ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE AT ALL TIMES IN ORDER TO ENSURE ELIGIBILITY
TO WIN PRIZES IN THE GAME.
Any personal details provided containing one or more errors will invalidate the REGISTRATION.
ENTRIES through agents or third parties will be invalid.

To play in the GAME, PARTICIPANTS must complete the PARTICIPATION FORM for each DRAW.
This includes picking exactly 6 numbers from the range 1-49 and a bonus number from the range 1-49
or using the random number facility provided on the SITE,
and clicking on one of the advertising banners posted on the SITE at that time.
Each PARTICIPANT may play once per day, unless Gocarbonfree has allocated extra entries to the PARTICIPANT
for any particular DRAW, in which case the PARTICIPANT may play the extra number of entries allocated to them.
Any PARTICIPANT found to be playing using more than one email address will be disqualified, and all of his or
her entries will be invalid. Each PARTICIPATION FORM submitted will only be valid for the next DRAW that occurs
after that.

Each day, at or shortly after midnight (UK time), there will be a draw ("DRAW") under the supervision of an independent observer to determine the winning numbers in the GAME that day. A random number generator using a proprietary random number generation algorithm will select exactly 6 winning numbers from the range 1-49 and a bonus winning number from the range 1-49.

All PARTICIPATION FORMS completed in accordance with these Rules and submitted on the SITE from the closing time of participation for the preceding draw until the closing time for participation of the draw concerned, which is midnight (UK time), will be saved to a separate secure storage facility and be considered the official Entries for the specified DRAW. Only those ENTRIES saved to the secure storage device will be considered eligible for the specified DRAW.

It is a condition of participation in the GAME that all PARTICIPANTS agree to allow
Gocarbonfree Ltd and its licensees, should the PARTICIPANT qualify to win a Grand Prize,
Second Prize or Third Prize in any DRAW and thereby become a WINNER,
to use and publish their proper name, likeness in a photograph and the town and/or county of their postal address
online and in print, or any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

WINNERS of the GAME could receive the following prizes: GRAND PRIZE £1,000,000.00 (one million
pounds Sterling), payable in 40 annual installments. A PARTICIPANT will be designated the GRAND PRIZE winner if: that Participant
selected on his PARTICIPATION FORM (i) the six winning numbers from the DRAW for which his/her
Entry was eligible, AND (ii) the bonus winning number from the same DRAW. In the case of more
than one Grand Prize winner, one Grand Prize will be shared equally between all such Grand Prize
winners. Second Prize: £10.00. Third Prize: 40 Eurmiles. A PARTICIPANT will be
designated the Second Prize winner if: that PARTICIPANT selected on his/her PARTICIPATION FORM
four (4) or more winning numbers selected for THE DRAW other than the specifically nominated
Bonus number, whatever their order. A PARTICIPANT will be
designated the Third Prize winner if: that PARTICIPANT selected on his/her PARTICIPATION FORM
three (3) or more winning numbers selected for THE DRAW other than the specifically nominated
Bonus number, whatever their order. No other prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of
prizes. Second and/or Third prizes will only be awarded once per PARTICIPANT per DRAW. Taxes are the
responsibility of WINNERS.
- In order for us to send you the money you must provide a photo of yourself so we can show winners on our website. Alternatively we could send you a weekend break voucher allowing you and another person to stay 2 nights free of charge in beautiful hotel locations across the UK. All you need to pay for are your meals.

If won, the GRAND PRIZE will be paid in forty (40) equal annual instalments, without interest, in both
cases of a unique winner or shared pro rata winners. WINNERS will be required to provide satisfactory
proof of identity, age and residency. The Second Prize shall be stored on account until
such time that the PARTICIPANT's account equals twenty pounds sterling (£20) and the PARTICIPANT has requested the prize to be sent via prize claim function in the "my profile" section of the SITE after which account balance will be forwarded to the PARTICIPANT within 60 days.
Second Prizes expire after two years, and if the prize has not been claimed within that period it shall be cancelled.
Third prizes are automatically credited to the PARTICIPANT's Eurmiles account if they are a Eurmiles collector. If they are not a Eurmiles collector they will be given the opportunity to join the Eurmiles programme and benefit from their prize. Click here for details of the Eurmiles programme. The third prize is not transferable nor is it exchangeable for cash.

All potential winners will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours after each DRAW. Grand Prize winners will also be notified by special delivery post. To be deemed WINNERS, PARTICIPANTS must have completed all requested information including house number/name and postcode prior to completion of the DRAW. They will also be required, when notified that they are potential winners, to provide satisfactory proof of identity, age and residency. All such details must be accurate and match that PARTICIPANT'S REGISTRATION and their relevant ENTRY for the DRAW in question. If not, the PARTICIPANT will be ineligible to win any DRAW prize. In the event of a dispute, ENTRIES will be declared made by the Authorised Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of ENTRY. Authorised Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider or other organisation (e.g. a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

To qualify for the Grand Prize potential winners must respond with suitable evidence of identity within [7] days of the date of the e-mail sent notifying them that they are potential winners. If potential winners fail to so respond they will be disqualified.

No responsibility is assumed by Gocarbonfree Ltd for lost, late or misdirected ENTRIES or PARTICIPATION FORMS or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All ENTRIES and PARTICIPATION FORMS become the sole property of Gocarbonfree Ltd and will not be returned to PARTICIPANT. Gocarbonfree Ltd is not and shall not be held responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorised access to, and/or alteration of, PARTICIPATION FORMS,ENTRIES or REGISTRATION details. Gocarbonfree Ltd is not and shall not be held responsible for any any delay in receipt of REGISTRATIONS or ENTRIES or selection of WINNERS or any other problems in the operation of the GAME caused by technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or on the SITE and/or at any web site or combination thereof, including (except in the case of personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Gocarbonfree Ltd or any of its employees) injury or damage to any PARTICIPANTS or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the GAME.

If for any reason the GAME is not capable of being operated as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond the control of Gocarbonfree Ltd, Gocarbonfree Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the GAME. In such cases Gocarbonfree will use its best endeavours to inform relevant PARTICIPANTS of this and the consequences for that particular DRAW as soon as possible after any such step has been taken.

Participation in the GAME implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and limits of the Internet, especially as regards technical performances, response time to consult, risks of interruptions and more generally the risks inherent to any connection and transmission on the Internet, and the risks of contamination by bugs present on the network.

Participants personal data will be controlled pursuit to the 1998 Data Protection act. By entering the GAME, PARTICIPANTS agree that they have read, understood and accept the Loopylotto Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.

Gocarbonfree Ltd reserves the right to change the Official Rules for any particular DRAW
at any time in such manner as it alone thinks fit.
There will be no modification of Official Rules part way through any DRAW,
but any modification to the Official Rules will be deemed in force for all PARTICIPANTS entering a DRAW starting
after the modification has been made.
Gocarbonfree Ltd also reserves the right to modify the terms of its Eurmiles programme at any time.
Any such modification or any modification to the Official Rules may affect the benefits to be derived from Third Prizes
going forward and PARTICIPANTS are advised to check the relevant provisions of the Eurmiles programme and these Official Rules
before completing and entering each PARTICIPATION FORM.
Gocarbonfree Ltd will be free to interrupt or cancel the GAME at any time,
and unless this interruption or cancellation is caused by Gocarbonfree's own negligence or default,
Gocarbonfree will not be liable for any damages.

Gocarbonfree Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the GAME or the SITE, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. This being a matter of sole discretion of Gocarbonfree Ltd. Gocarbonfree Ltd will be free to seek compensation from PARTICIPANTS who commit fraud and will not be held liable for fraud perpetrated by any third party. Gocarbonfree Ltd will be free to reject a player's participation in the GAME in any case of infringement or perceived infringement of the Official Rules, this being at the sole discretion of Gocarbonfree Ltd.

The names of GRAND PRIZE WINNERS will be published on the Loopylotto website within [14] days after each prize has been awarded and will remain there for 28 days.

The conduct of the GAME and the application of the Official Rules are governed by the law of England & Wales and any dispute in relation to either of them or the prizes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
